Includes a white 11″ X 11″ folded insert with black printed lyrics and credits (22″ X 11″ unfolded).

The lyrics printed on the insert do not follow the vinyl running order, and include extra lyrics for ‘You Should Know By The Kindness Of Uh Dog The Way Uh Human Should Be’ and ‘(Untitled)’.

Some copies included a sticker with the tracklisting applied either to the shrink wrap or to the rear cover.
