Deceptive Bends

The track “Feel The Benefit” contains three individual tracks, Part 1, 2 and 3 as listed on the cover. Named on the label.

All runout information is etched, except for the last letter in the runout, ( A,B,C, ect. ) which is capitalized and stamped. In the case of Var 1, A Side, and Var 6, A Side, the last two, “ B B “ letters in runout, are capitalized and stamped.

The Whole Story

Tracks are numbered 1 to 12 throughout the release – with tracks on B-side numbered 7 to 12 (not 1 to 6 as on some other versions also with ‘designed’ labels).

Gatefold sleeve has spot gloss varnish to colour images throughout.
Black paper polylined inner.

Matrices are stamped, except “TK” and “TOWNHOUSE” hand etched. “xx” appears sideways.

Released by ‘Maximum Rock N Roll’ on Alternative Tentacles.
Includes a copy of ‘Maximum Rock N Roll’ fanzine #0 and has one custom inner sleeve with a history of the Northern California punk scene.
The zine devotes one page to each band featured on this compilation.

All bands are from Northern / Central California, and Nevada.

Subtitle: “Deprogramming by 47 Northern California & Nevada bands”.

Later reissues are clearly marked on sleeve.
