-Bottom label text on side 1 is on 5 lines, side 2 is on 7 lines
-Back of jacket has a blue Blue Note logo.
There are other Terre Haute pressings with “White Note” label, and some “Black Note” that looks like this release but with a slight different label (nothing written under “Side 1” and “Side 2”).
